Learning Objectives
All students must:
- Identify a range of educational equipment and resources
- Take part in making a display
- Give 3 examples of health and safety issues with resources or equipment
Most students should:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of 2 pieces of equipment and two resources in their setting
- Make design choices based on their learning to produce an effective display
- Offer 2 solutions to ensure health and safety of children and staff using equipment or resources
- Give an example of an age appropriate choice of resource or equipment.
Some students could:
- Evaluate and suggest improvements to a resources or piece of equipment in their setting
- Reflect on their displays and suggest ways of making them more effective
- Explain why a resource is more appropriate to their setting than to another

Homework
12:20 - 12:30 Using your learning journal to help you prepare a 5 minute talk about time when you have used an educational resource.
You must:
- Explain what, where, and when in the first minute. I will time you :-)
- Explain why the resource was used ("I do not know" is not an acceptable explanation.)
- Evaluate your use of the resource, did it go well? Did it go badly?
- Offer some explanations as to why it worked or didn't.
- How could you improve your your use of that resource next time?
- What actions do you need to take for this to happen?
